Message	any codes in the ECU? Check for faulty O2s. Checl the coolant temp sensor to be in spec and its connector for corrosion. An often overlooked item is the coolant thermostat. If the engine runs too cold it will lower fuel mileage. If you have an infra red gun you can measure the temp at the thermostat housing. If not go to a rad shop and have them do it if cost is reasonable but weigh cost against getting an infra red gun. Harbor freight has them for $25 on sale at times. If you need to change the thermostat use only the OEM unit and check it on the stove before install.
